Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for some eligible items. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Final Sale Items

The following items are non-refundable

• Custom embroidery order
• Personalized Items
• Sale/clearance items

Because custom pieces are made just for you, we cannot accept returns on embroidered or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us with in 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment methos. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
