• Ready-to-ship items: 1-3 business days
• Custom embroidery and personalized items: 5-10 business days

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup in Midland, Texas.

If you select local pickup at checkout:

• You will receive an email notification when your order is ready
• Pickup details and instructions will be provided via email
• Please bring your order confirmation when picking up

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Jac & Vic is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Jac & Vic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directley.
